Incredible Chocolate Mousse Recipe

~Incredible Chocolate Mousse~
12 ounces chocolate (the video uses dark, bittersweet chocolate)
9 ounces of hot water ( I used a combination of hot water, espresso powder and liqueur equalling 9 ounces. You could also try sweetened condensed milk).
Melt chocolate with hot liquid and then whisk over a bowl filled with ice water until it reaches the consistency of mouse. Avoid over whisking. You can also use a hand mixer, started on the lowest settings and then to medium/high to whip the chocolate.
