Enjoying the Simple Pleasures of Life, While Living in a Complicated World

In searching for quality, local food sources, which I prefer to support with my shopping dollars, I found a wonderful local dairy farm, Autumnwood Farm, which has a fine selection of products. In their latest newsletter, they  announced they will also be offering beef from their dairy farm store.

Autumnwood Farm, a micro-creamery,  grazes it’s cows on grasses and packages their dairy products in glass.

Autumnwood Farm is located on the south side of Forest Lake, Minnesota with several outlets throughout the Twin Cities.

There motto, “from grass to glass”,  isn’t a hollow claim, it’s true!! Milk  from this local dairy is the freshest I’ve found, and while it may cost a little more than plastic packaged varieties, in my opinion, it’s well worth it.
