Pork Chops with Mushroom & Wine Sauce
This takes a little more work, but it’s worth it for special meals with family and friends.
Make breaded pork chops and when golden brown, remove from saute pan and place on aluminum foil lined cookie sheet. Put into a pre-heated 325 degree oven for 25 minutes.
While pork chops are in the oven, make Annie’s Best Mushroom & Wine Sauce.
When pork chops are done, remove from oven. Plate pork chops and serve with mushroom and wine sauce.
