Spinach, Strawberry & Bacon Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing
Spinach, Strawberry & Bacon Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing
Serves 2
This is an easy, wonderfully light & refreshing salad that is a feast for eyes. Fresh greens combined with the sweetness of strawberries and lingering smokiness of the bacon, is heightened with the tangy zest of poppy seed dressing. Enjoy!
